ROM as a meeting model is a functionality to structure your meetings combining both results and wellbeing. That’s easier said than done, wherefore we are inspired to offer several services aiming to enable people to strive for wellbeing and contribute to a healthier and more caring climate on a greater societal scale, and in high-performing organizations in particular.

 Lunch and learn

 

From 30 minutes up until an hour - we’re happy to host a Lunch & Learn event for your colleagues to ask all the questions that are of burning interest for them related to result-orientation at work and employee wellbeing in organizations. We are experienced in change management, organizational learning, and what organizations can learn from behavioral science and can prepare an individually adjusted and researched presentation for your needs. Workshop: Value from systematically working with wellbeing and performance

 

A 2-hour workshop focused on the value you can create. After a short introduction, we move into a workshop connected to your own organization. Through a couple of steps, we identify what the emotional and economic potential can be for your team. Bring colleagues within a workgroup and/or leadership team and work together to identify the value of systematically working with wellbeing and performance (Instructions are sent before connected to what information you could benefit from bringing).

The participants share their learnings and insights as a form to identify the potential and perhaps as a goal to reach based upon a pilot. It’s a fun and interesting session


Key note speech

 

In today’s increasing speed of change, 3-5% of leaders responsible for change management and turning the organization around will not be able to fulfil or even exceed the expectations on them. That’s why we aim for a broader education on change management, organizational learning and behavioral science building the foundation of ROM and offer Key Note Speeches.

ROM implementation

 

Being around since the 60s, experience and research have our back when it comes to educating your team and colleagues to use the ROM method to structure your meetings. People that feel well perform well – that's our core belief. We follow a clear vision ahead of us: Enabling people to thrive in wellbeing and contributing to a healthier and more caring climate on a greater societal scale, and in high-performing organizations in particular. 

We do so by establishing ROM into your team work on the job. In 6 structured and guided meetings over the period of about half a year, your team learns and internalizes how to identify, document, analyze, and develop thoughts, KPI’s, and wellbeing. 


Catalysator Certification

 

As all social entrepreneurs with a humble mission to change the world for the better, we also think big tasks are tackled best in company. That’s why we offer to train you to become a certified ROM-Catalyst – equipped and enabled to drive change in the organizations you’d like to work in!  

Our network of Catalysts meets regularly and furthermore is updated on the newest research building the foundation of ROM. We encourage and facilitate all certified Catalysts to enter the dialog among each other as we strongly believe in the strength of exchanging ideas, solutions, and experiences in how to overcome typical challenges in client work. The community of certified Catalysts is a strong network of experienced change leaders and advocates for human leadership.  


Upcoming events

 

As you might have figured by now, relations are rather important to us and as the people-persons that we are, we flourish in social interaction. That’s why we engage in both online and real-life events, where we like to talk about all the things change management, organizational learning and the behavioral science building the foundation of ROM.

During the rest of 2022 we are occupied with producing our digital courses but more events will come after summer 2023.
